Fresh Salsa

 

14 ½ oz. Canned stewed tomatoes

¼ c. green chiles, chopped

6 T. green bell pepper, chopped

6 T. fresh tomato, chopped

2 tsp. Onion, chopped fine

1 tsp. Jalapeno chile (fresh minced, seeds removed)

pinch ground cumin

pinch of oregano

½-1 t. sea salt

¼ t. sugar

2 T. red wine vinegar

2 T. lime juice

2 tsp. Fresh parsley, chopped

1 clove garlic, finely minced

 

Combine all of the ingredients.  Store in the refrigerator.
