Smoky Alaska Salmon Dip

 

1 (15 ½ oz) can Alaska salmon

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 T. lemon juice

2 t. horseradish

2 drops liquid smoke

½ c. thinly sliced green onions

 

Drain salmon, reserve 2 T. salmon liquid, flake and set aside.  Combine and blend cream cheese, salmon liquid, lemon juice, horseradish and liquid smoke.  Fold in salmon and green onions.  Refrigerate until chilled to allow flavors to meld.  Makes 3 cups.
