8 ounces lean ground beef
½ package of taco seasoning mix
½ c. water
1 can (10 ½ oz) jalapeno bean dip
½ c. shredded jack cheese
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. chopped green chilies
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped coarse
1 package (8 oz) cheese flavor totilla chips
½ c. guacamole
½ c. sour cream
In large skillet, cook meat until browned, drain. Add seasoning mix and water, bring to boil,
reduce hear and summer 15-20 minutes or until meat is cooked, set aside. Spread bean dip to cover bottom of 12x14
inch pizza pan, sprinkle with the cheeses, top with the meat mixture, then
sprinkle with chilies. Broil 5-7
minutes or until cheese in bubbly and brown.
Around edge of pan, arrange a border of lettuce, then tomatoes, then tortilla
chips. Place mound of guacamole topped
with sour cream in center. Makes 4 servings.
