Swiss Bacon Crackers

 

½ pound bacon, diced and cooked till crisp

8 oz. shredded swiss cheese

2/3 c. mayonnaise

parsley

½ onion, chopped fine

crushed garlic (to your own taste)

 

Cool bacon.  Mix all ingredients.  Chill.  Place ½ t. on crackers.  Place crackers on cookie sheet and broil until cheese is melted.
