½ c. butter, soft
½ c. sugar
2 eggs
¾ c. applesauce
1 ¾ c. flour
1 T. baking powder
½ t. salt
¼ c. butter, melted
½ c. sugar mixed with ¼ t. cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until fluffy. Beat in applesauce. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Spoon into 36 mini muffin cups.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
While warm, dip tops into melted butter then the cinnamon sugar
mixture. Serve warm.
