2 c. flour
2 ½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
¾ c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pint fresh or 3
c. frozen blueberries
Topping
2 T. granulated sugar mixed with ¼ t. nutmeg
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Melt butter in saucepan. Let
cool. Mix flour, baking powder and slat
in a large bowl. Whisk milk, sugar and
eggs into butter. Stir into flour
mixture. Stir in blueberries. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
