No Peek Skillet Chicken

 

2 T. olive oil

2 ½ to 3 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

1 can (14 ½ oz) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained

1 jar (4 ½ oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Hot cooked noodles

 

In skillet, heat oil and brown chicken, drain.  Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic combined with onion soup mix.  Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is done.  Serve over hot noodles.
