½ c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 ½ c. flour
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease 13x9 pan. Beat eggs until
light and foamy in large bowl. Beat in
sugar, vanilla and margarine. Combine
flour and powder and salt, add to egg mixture.
Mix at low speed. Stir in nuts. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.
