In One Bowl:
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. margarine
4 eggs, room temperature
2 T. vanilla
In another bowl:
4 c. flour
5 c. measured oatmeal, then grind in blender
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
Combine mixtures, add 24 ounces chocolate chips. Roll dough into golf ball size balls. Press down a little and bake on a sprayed
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 8-10 minutes.
