Old Fashion Sugar Cookies (Rolled)

1 1/3 c. margarine, softened

1 ½ c. sugar

2 t. vanilla

2 eggs

2 T. plus 2 t. milk

4 c. flour

3 t. baking powder

½ t. salt

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and milk. Beat until fluffy. Combine dry ingredients. Stir into cream mixture. Divide dough into quarters, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Roll out dough and use desired cookie cutters. Bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes.
