2 1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
¾ c. margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. chocolate chips, divided
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 ¾ c. (10 oz) skor english toffee chips, divided
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 13x9 pan. In a large
bowl, stir together flour and brown sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg, mix well. Stir in 1 ½ c. chocolate chips and nuts. Reserve 1 ½ cups of mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of
prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened milk over hot crust. Top with
1 ½ cups toffee chips. Sprinkle reserved
crumb mixture and remaining ½ cup chocolate chips over top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden
brown. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup
toffee bits. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
