Cookie Crusts

 

Graham Cracker Crumb:  1 ¾ c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 t. ground cinnamon, 6 T. melted butter.

 

Graham Cracker Crumb with Nuts:  1 c. finely chopped nuts, 1 cup plus 1 T. graham cracker crumbs, ½ t. ground cinnamon, 5 T. melted butter.

 

Chocolate Wafer Cookie Crust:  2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (9pz package) 6 T. melted butter.

 

Oreo Cookie Crumb:  2 ¼ c. Oreo cookie crumbs, 2 T. melted butter.

 

Macadamia Nut Crust:  1 ½ c. all purpose flour, ½ c. melted butter, 1 c. sugar, ½ c. chopped macadamia nuts.

 

Bake all crusts at 325 degrees for 6 minutes in a 9 inch springform pan.

 

May fill with 6 cups of desired ice cream (softened 20-30 minutes).
