1 pkg. (14 oz.) Fat Free Marble Loaf, cubed
¾ c. brewed decaffeinated coffee
1 pkg. (8 oz) Philly Free fat free cream cheese,
softened
1 ½ c. cold skim milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) jell-o fat free vanilla
instant pudding
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 tub (8oz) cool whip lite whipped topping,
thawed
Place ½ of the loaf cubes in bottom of 2-quart
serving bowl; set aside. Beat cheese
and coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and cinnamon, beat until
blended. Gently stir in whipped
topping. Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture
over cake cubes in bowl. Sprinkle with
remaining cubes and top with remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready
to serve. Garnish with additional
whipped topping, chocolate shavings.
