(Makes 2 9-inch pies)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29 oz) libbys pumpkin, solid pack
1 ½ c. sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
½ t. ground cloves
2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
Combine filling ingredients, in order given. Pour into pie crusts. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15
minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake an
additional40-50 minutes.
