1 package (3 oz) jello gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 8oz tub whipped topping
1 c. fresh fruit
1 graham cracker crust
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring for about 3
minutes. Add ice and stir until
thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Blend in
whipped topping until smooth. Fold in
fruit. Spoon into crust, chill at least 2 hours.
