Baked Ziti

 

1 pound ziti, cooked and drained

1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese

8 oz. mozzarella, shredded

1 egg, beaten

1 t. salt

¼ t. pepper

3 ½ c. bottled spaghetti sauce

¼ c. parmesan cheese

 

Mix ziti, ricotta, mozzarella, egg, salt, pepper and 1 ½ c. sauce.  In a 2 ½ quart baking dish, spread ½ c. sauce, then turn ziti mixture into pan.  Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.  Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
