Broccoli Ham Ring

 

¼ pound ham

¼ pound fresh broccoli

1 small onion

6 oz. swiss cheese, shredded

2 T. dijon mustard

1 t. lemon juice

2 cans crescent rolls

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Coarsely chop ham, broccoli and onion.  Mix all ingredients except the rolls.  On a pizza pan, arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping in center, and points to the outside.  There should be a circle of about 3” in diameter in the center.  Spoon filling over bases evenly.  Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases at center.  Filling will not be completely covered.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
