1 pound ground beef
1 (15.5 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 c. frozen corn
2 t. chili powder
2 c. slightly broken tortilla chips
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef, drain.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, corn and chili powder. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Sprinkle tortilla chips
evenly over mixture, top with cheese. Cover, simmer 2 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
