Quick Mexican Pizza

 

2 c. shredded Colby/Jack cheese (8 oz)

½ pound ground beef

4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 c. salsa

1 ½ t. chili powder

½ t. cumin

green/red pepper, onions, mushrooms, etc.

 

Cook meat and drain.  Stir in seasonings.  Spread ¼ c. salsa and ½ c. meat on each tortilla.  Top each with ½ c. cheese and desired toppings.  Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 8-10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
