Cover bottom of 1 ½ quart casserole dish with 2-3 corn
tortillas. Spoon on a layer of chili
con carne. Sprinkle with green onions
and shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat
using 2 more layers of each, ending with a generous topping of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted
and hot. 40-45 minutes.
