Vermacelli

Cumin

Garlic

Oil

Rotel diced tomatoes

Chicken bouillon

Onion

 

Brown noodles in oil until they have color.  Pour in tomatoes (may need to add some water also).  Sprinkle with spices and onion and pour broth over noodles.  Cover and simmer until juice is absorbed and noodles are cooked.
