German Potato Salad

 

8 medium potatoes, cubed,cooked

½ lb. Bacon, diced

¾ c. onion, diced

2 T. flour

1 T. salt if potatoes are not salted when cooked

1/8 t. pepper

¾ c. water

½ c. vinegar

 

Brown bacon, not crisp, add onion and cook until tender.  Drain.  Add next 5 ingredients to the bacon onion mixture.  Cook until thick.  Pour over potatoes.  May serve warm or cold.
