Mary Janes Chicken Salad

5 pounds chicken tenders

3 blades celery, chopped

1 c. seedless red grapes

2 T. dried chives

salt and pepper to taste

lemon pepper

2 granny smith apples

1 c. chopped pecans

mayonnaise to taste

Add chicken to water and season with lemon pepper, boil until done. Let them cool, then cut them up. In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Chill well and serve on a bed of chopped lettuce.
