1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. parmesan cheese
1 t. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
cream
romaine lettuce
head lettuce
½ head cauliflower, grated
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Mix the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt and
pepper and thin with a little cream to desired consistency. Break romaine and head lettuce into pieces
and toss with the dressing. Sprinkle
the grated cauliflower and bread crumbs over the salad, do not toss again.
