Oven Carmel Corn

 

2 c. brown sugar

1 c. margarine

½ c. corn syrup

1 t. salt

1 t. baking soda

6 quarts popcorn

 

Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, and salt.  Bring to a boil.  Boil for 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and add soda.  Pour over popcorn and bake 1 hour.  Toss gently every 15 minutes.
