1 16 oz. can corn
1 17 oz can creamed corn
1 7 ½ oz. box corn muffin mix
¾ c. sour cream
½ c. milk
½ c. margarine
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (check after
45 minutes) Let stand 20 minutes before
serving.
