1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in a bowl, until
potatoes are evenly coated. In a 13x9
pan, arrange potatoes, discard bag.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are
tender. Makes 4 servings.
May add chopped green pepper and mushrooms 15 minutes
before potatoes are done cooking.
